Basically, this is a cry for help, from early sat am on the 26th, Charles, Mike, Paul and myself will be in the field opposite the farmhouse setting out 4-5 lanes of targets and erecting the event shelter and running the sideshow for the public, with I hope the help of anyone that can come along and help with the supervision and just about anything else that needs doing.
Our biggest problem is that from about mid-day or a little later, Charles, Mike and myself must leave to travel to Bolton for a Ukahft comp being held on the following day and we desperately need people to Commit to coming and helping between mid-day and around 5pm when it finishes, even if it's shared between people who can only make it for an hour or two, to cover the event and pack away our stuff.
On the last two occasions that we have held this it has been a great success and very rewarding, we have managed to donate a good deal of money to the Farmer's favourite charity, ( that's the same Farmer that allows us to run the best club in Sussex on his land) so please if possible let Charles ,Mike or myself know that you can give us an hour or two help, many thanks in advance, Terry xx

Yes as Terry says this is a charity event and a chance to give something back but we need Firm commitment to make this happen at all!
Anybody willing to help set out on Friday eve or / and sat morning as well please...
